Default Help w/new bow

I just got a new Tribute and have noticed I have 1 timing mark showing on the top cam and 2 on the bottom. AND I noticed my top limb is twisting to the right which in turn makes the cam lean at full draw. How do I fix the issues.

Thanks I did this earlier and I fixed both issues and am allready shooting awesome groups at 50 yards. Shot it through the chrono and 3 arrows were 288, 288, and 290 w/ a 390gr. arrow. I love this bow allready.
