Are my limbs twisted?

I just checked my ata on my AR31.If i check it onthe string side it measures 31 if i flip the bow over on the cable gaurd sideit measures 31.125. Are my limbs twisted?

The cable rod is pulling the cables out of centerline with the cams and causing the axles to be non parallel to each other.

Sometimes twisting one side of the split cabel will fix it .
