Default Breaking in a new string/cables

This probably will seem like a simple question to some, but not everyone knows how to properly break in a set set of cables and a string.

The most common advice is to not worry about sighting in or tuning your bow before you get 100 - 200 shots on a new string. The question is, how can you take that many shots without it being set-up? I realize that you can "rough set" everything and then fine tune, but for those of us who don't have a bow press and such for changing the peep site location, removing and re-tying a string loop, etc. this might be a bit more involved that it seems.

I'm asking this because I have a new set of cables and a string coming from gibblet and plan on taking my bow to a pro shop each time for replacement and fine-tuning. If I can get away with just one trip, that would suit me fine, but I don't see how that'll happen.

have him put it on and get it close - shoot it 30-40 times at the shop, then have him put in the peep and stuff and stay there until he gets it right. the peep may turn a bit overnight and cause one trip back to the shop, but i doubt it.

Good answer!!! I like to shoot a min of 50 before putting on my sight.. Who would know that better than Mr. String Man The Big Gibblet...
