Default Copper John Dead Nuts

Next week, I will add the Copper John Dead Nuts sight to my new Mathews Switchback XT. But I have a question: I use and swear by my No-Peep and the level vial on the Copper John is not something thatis needed. Is there a way to remove it safely?

it's glued in and mine is not square with the pins anyways so it can't be level and the pins run straight with the string. I canted the housing to make it work. You could try and heat the glue. Then again mine is a few years old and they may have changed them to a removable one, AND ADDED STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS INSTEAD OF STEEL ONES (for anyone from cp who maybe reading this)[:@]

I got a reply from Copper John today and was informed that the level vial can be removed.
