Default Bow speed

All of that math stuff with figuring out speed is confusing so can anyone just give me a rough estimate of how fast im shooting

Ive got a 28" draw 55# and 325 grain arrows. Any help would be gretly appreciated. Thanks.

If your IBO speed is around 300 than your setup is shooting around 245-250 and KE is around 45 flbs.

I just got one of those crono's mentioned here earlier from elite something or other for sixty bucks. It's the ticket. I got the F1. Great service and the guy has a good sense humor.

There are so many variables to this that an educated answer would almost be irresponsible but I'll be irresponsible just this once.

Somewhere between 200 fps and 300 fps. Now that ought to leave a lot of math out of the equation. And I'll bet I'm 100% right----for once.

There is no way to Guesstimate with any degree of accuracy. That's why someone invented the chronograph.
