Default Bare shaft tuning

Ive recently picked up new arrows Easton carbon epics in the 340 spine
(right this time) and my bare shafts are hitting about 4" to the right which way to i need to move my Rest???
also when the bare shafts are in the target, they lean to the left

BTW my draw weight is 62#
Draw length is 28.5"
and my arrows are cut at 29"
I like them to be 1/2 in over DL just to be safe

The classic answer would be to move your rest to the left, but that is assuming that torque is not an issue. I keep reading posts about Mathews bows shooting tail left, where if my bows are off, I am usually shooting tail right. Maybe I should just get a Mathews, and the arrows would fly perfect. With one of my current bows, I have to curl my index finger around the front of the grip, and bare shafts shoot very well, but if I grip the bow in the loose way that "you are supposed to", I get just the opposite flight you are describing, tail rt., impact left. Your arrows should be OK or maybe just a little overspined, but that shouldn't be a problem, IMO. I am shooting overspined arrows on my bows, and they are shooting great. I would try to move the rest to the left, and if that doesn't help, move it left/right until you get the best results, then experiment with the grip. Good luck solving the problem.

A real quick check. If you can just add one turn to each limb bolt and see if it gets better. If it does then your arrows may be a little on the stiff side. This is assuming that your rest is set on centershot to begin with.

Sorry, brain fart! I meant to say move your rest to the left, not right. My bad.
