Default Any body using an STS ?

Im getting alot of wrist and arm slap. My string is hitting my jacket. I never had this problem with my old Mathews , I got an Bowtech extreme and this started happening .This is my only problem with my bow its very acurate, shock and recoil free. I wonder if this would help? Its a 2004 extreme VFT Bowtech. The brace hieght is 6 and 5/8 inches. I thought and Sts system could help. Any body ever had this problem??

It's prolly because your B.H. is short and your draw might be a little long too. The STS will cure the string slap and help quiet it down too but it might be just masking the problem. Your accuracy will greatly improve if you have the correct draw length. Not sure if that's your problem, but it's worth looking at.

Read up on the STS and you will find about a 95% positive review for them. I use one and like how it eliminates arm slap with heavy hunting clothes as well as the vibration deadening aspect.

Sounds liek your draw may be a little too long, expecially if you are using a loop. Anyway I don't know much about the STS, I have not shot one. I am curious about them but I have not really got around to shooting one. I feel they are a little expensive for what they are.

I use an STS and love "ALL" the advantages it brings! Quieter bow, no arm slap, bow feels "dead" after the shot, very little if any felt recoil!
