Flipout--just last Tuesday I held one for the first time. It will probably take sometime for me to grow to like these sights. They all seem quite frail, to me. Really light weight. As for the one you've shown here--man I found it quite 'busy'. Staring at five pins instead on one, I guess you'll have to acquire the taste for this sight. There's a good article in Inside Archery on the engineer/owner of Vital Bow sights this month--I found them kinda pricy also.
In theory, it should be great. It would force you to have a consistent anchor and not torque the bow. If you torque, the pin won't line up inside the square.
