RE: Overspined????
Spine refers to the stiffness of the arrow, measured in inches of deflection. 400 means the arrow has .400 inches of deflection, but admitedly I don't know exactly how this is measured. For lack of better definition, deflection means "bend." When you release your arrow, the arrow flexes at release. For a release shooter, it flexes up and down and for a finger shooter it flexes side to side. In the traditional archery world this is Archers Paradox. In the traditional style of shooting spine is incredibly important as the right flex is needed for the arrow to "bend" it's way around the riser.
I figured your spine based on a 27" arrow given your 28" DL. The 400 should be right on. As long as your getting good paper holes and groups, your fine.
