Default Diamond Liberty

Hey every one![&:] I'm new to this board and I have a question?
I'm getting back into Archery after being out a few years.
I had an idea of what I wanted to shoot so I went to a pro shop and tried out a lot of bows. I liked the Bowtech Tomcat, Tribute, and Diamond Liberty. I can't see paying that much for the Tribute so that left me with the other two. I want to go with the Liberty but I wanted to know if any of you have this bow and how good is it. Not the Bowtech Liberty, even though it's the same bow. Just the 06 Diamondversion.
Thanks in advance for your info.
1Hokie.

I do not have the '06 Liberty but I do have the '06 Justice and I am very pleased with it so far. I have been tinkering too much with my Old Glory to really have the opportunity to take the Justice out for an extensive shooting session. I dosee improvements on the Diamond Justice over the original Bowtech Justice. Some of the advancements in component design that Bowtech uses on their current '06 model bows has been passed on to the '06 Diamonds as well. Great shooting little bow with an exceptionally smooth draw cycle. It should make an excellent companion on my hunting trips this fall.

SAY WHAT!!! How many bows do you need. Geeeeezzzzzz. You're going to need a new shed with all those bows.

PABowhntr,

What have you learned about your OG tuning?

LOL! Good thing I'm moving so I can't destroy this one any more...

I REALLY do love the feel of that Victory, though... I can't tell you how many times I've picked it up and drawn it back in the shops I visit. Of course, it was the Patriot a couple years ago that first got me turned on to BowTech...

Ok! I have changed my mind after this past weekend![8D]
I made myself go and shoot some of the high-end bows at a pro shop last Saturday.
The Matthews Switchback XT, Hoyt Trykon, and the Bowtech Allegiance.
I fell in love with the way the Allegiance felt.
I have read about how the Switchback was so much smoother than any other bow, but the Allegiance felt smoother than them all. All set at the same draw weight of 70lbs. The Allegiance did have the smooth mod in it, which that is what I want any way. These bows are only $100. more than the Liberty any way.
I will have to say this. All these bows are great compared to yesterday"™s models and they all would do the job. It's just what the shooter feels more comfortable with.

You can't hardly go wrong with any of those bows. My choice would be the Allegiance.
