Default buckshot

my g-friend has a buckshot made by parker its 40# set at 36# the arrows she is useing are all differnt and im trying to tell her thats not good one is 1916 100gr tip total weight islike 408gr the other is a 1816 with 100 gr tip total weight 387gr and the one it come with carbon 45 60 it weighs 347gr hat whould be a good arrow weight thanks

I would not worry too much about arrow weight but get her the correct spined arrows for her set up
