Default 06 Allegiance and 3 Pin Sight

I bought an 06 Allegiance over the weekend with A/C/C 3-60/340 29" arrows and can't beleive how close my pins are at 20, 30, and 40 yards. This is my first new bow that was fitted to me and unfortunately the sight (Vital Bow Gear Vertical 3 pin) was newly purchased a month ago for my old bow. I'm wondering if many/most of you shoot a single pin for faster bows, or pendulums, or do you use multiple pin sights?

The little bit I've heard about pendulum sights really peaks my interest, but I haven't found much literature on the theory behind them and how to properly use them. All I have found are prices and item numbers. My only plans for shooting right now are hunting and backyard practice.

I am shooting an 05 Ally with a 3-pin Copper John and can agree that my pins are close, but all that tells me is my arrows are smokin!! I got no problem with that. I'll be movin to Milford in a few months is that near any good hunting spots?

Why not stretch your yardages and make pins 20,35 and 50? If you set up your bow that the distance between pins still drops an arrow in the kill zone you could be off on yardage estimate by a little and still feel confident. I know guys who shoot with their pins like this.
