Contact PSE. They have a training program like that. I'm sure they could tell you all about it.

If you do a search on the web you will find the Archery Trade Association. I will be leaving today for Atlanta Georgia to attend the Trade Show. They offer many seminars including Bow Tuning for Tournament to Bowhunting to Proper Arrow Selection etc. I will be attending the seminar to recive my Level 1 Archery Instructor Certification. They have a seminar for just about everything related to archery. This would be a great Show for you both to attend. I will ask around the show to see if anyone is offereing any Good Bow Tuning schools for your son.
