Default questions about my new Alpine soft Loc qviver

I have the 3 arrow quiver and have some questions
1) is is supposed to be extremely hard (nearly impossible) to get arrows in??
(I am using 2315 aluminums w/ 3 blade Muzzys)
2) is says that the upper holder can be removed - this may make it easier to get arrows in - have others done this, does it effect how tightly the arrpws are held?
3) it says to use the thick foam with the fixed bh, but I thought the thin piece worked easier (held the trocar tip) - does this make sense??
4) it didn't fit in the vertical position (not enough space to get by my rest) so I had to rotate it - how do people liek it rotated and or should I just ad mor spacer and run it vertical?

any insight would be greatly appreciated

I have the 5 arrow quiver and have had no probs with it. I did trim out the foam so i could get my mech. BH in it.

Hey doughboy. I recently bought a new quiver an Eastman Outfitters though. I too ran into the same problem. Im not sying yours does but mine had slots for carbon(small slots) and aluminum(slightly bigger slots). After a couple of days stressing, I noticed i could pull the rubber shaft holder off and flip it so the aluminum arrow slots were facing out. If you cant get the shaft holder off dont force it it might not come off.

take the two arrow holding rubber pieces and move them right by each other do they act as one. with them spread out like they come, there are like 3 fixed parts which hold the arrow , when all you need is two. hope this made sense.
