Default Need fletching advice from FOC pro's!

I would like to shoot the wensel woodsman broadhead for deer and elk. A lot of guys at my archery club swear by them and I thought I would give them a try. I don't know, though, what fletching I will need to control them and keep my FOC correct for hunting (around 10-12%).
I shoot 7595 Goldtip XT hunters, 29 inch out of my compound (67 lb Mathews LX).
I shoot 3455 out of my 45lb Wing recurve, also 29 inches. I'm just getting back into traditional archery after first learning to shoot on an old Bear.
I will shoot feathers out of the recurve and vanes out of the Mathews.
Do I need to go to a 5 in vane or something heavy like a quickspin?
The Wensel heads are 125 grains + 23 grains for the screw-in insert.
Thanks for any help.

Don't worry about FOC. It'll be fine. I haven't shot the WW heads, but they're just a longer, slimmer version of the old Snuffer. I've gotten those to fly well with plain 4" vanes, fletched either offset or helical.

No sweat whatsoever with 4" helical feathers.

I'd go 5" vanes or feathers on aluminum, but I don't thinkgoing that big is usuallynecessary with carbons. It's not out of the question though. Much depends on how well your bow is tuned, how good your shooting form isand how your arrows shoot for you. If you're not getting the accuracy and consistency you want, then you might have to go 5".
