crosshair sights

anyone had any experience with these type of sights for hunting.i know there is a few on the market with front crosshairs and back crosshairs to align with the front so you dont need a peep.would appreciate the feed back---thanks have a great christmas!

I tried the hindsight but switched the the max hunter.
I had to hard a time sighting it in and bow season had already started.
I might give it another shot after the season is over.
