Default Please Advise on Martin bow

This is my first post in the Archery Forum, normally I stick to the forums dealing with rifles and what not.

Anyway, I haven't shot my Martin Firecat for a few years now. A archery shop opened close to my home, and I decided to check it out. I took the Firecat in for an inspection, and any work that may need to be done on it. I wasn't real impressed when the owner said he had to call Martin because he hadn't seen the cam configuration before.

Anyway, I don't have a real burning desire to deer hunt with the bow yet, mainly due to lack of hunting locations, but I would like to get back into indoor target shooting; leagues and what not.

Should I stick with the Martin Firecat, or is it's technology pretty outdated?

Thanks,
