I assume you have a child with an 18" draw length?

If that's the case forget about trying to make up a bow yourself cause you will spend far more money trying to do this than just purchasing a youth bow.

A Browning micro midas or micro adrenaline will adjust from 18 - 28 inches with out a bow press.

I have a bug up my assets to make a longer draw crossbow. I'm bored so i need some thing to keep me busy,i'm sick of the wifes honey do lists. Being retired i have some time on my hands. Please do not pick on this because the word crossbow.You to will fall apart some day. Rich
