i currently use a wrist strap style release.ihave carpal tunnel andwas thinking of going to a pisol grip style just to see if i like it better. what type do you suggest?

In my experience, the release that allows you to draw easiest, is a Winn release. These are a combination, strap/glove with a pistol grip. They are worth trying for anyone has trouble with wrist straps.
