Default Loop

Hello all,
I think these forums are the next best thing since the invention of the wheel. My question is: I have had a loop installed twice, not because it was bad but just the same. It always ends up facing a diff direction instead of pionting straight on like it was when installed. Is this normal?
Thanks
Bogs

Mine is not what I would say 'perfectly' straight on but its not 90 degrees to the string either. I wouldnt worry about it. It should straighten when you put tension w/ your release on.

Bogs,

You can straighten it out by twisting it back. I dont know what type of peep you use but if you use the kind with the rubber tubing (like I do) then you don't have to worry about peep alignment and your string loop will be right there facing back at you every timewhen you go to attach your release.

Generally, you can just slide the loop around to the correct direction and it is fine. Unless of course they glued or tied your d loop (which they shouldn't do).
