Default 3 Blade Muzzy or 4 Blade Muzzy? What's the big difference?

I always wondered what the difference was between a 3 and 4 blade muzzy, i know the 4 has another blade but which one is more accurate and what is the main difference between the two?

Bigger blood trail, more tissue damage, bigger wound channel.

Is there one that flys better and is more relable, and easier to shoot or both the same but the 4 blade has a better blood trail, more tiissure damage and bigger wound travel?

I have shot the 3 blade 125's the 3 blade 100's and the 90 4 blade.I had best flight with the 4 blade.these little 90's will do the job.you could use 100's too.I shot a deer a few years back with the 90 4 blade and it didn't go 20yds.I think you will like the 4 blade better.you can pic any of them up on ebay alot cheaper than your local archery shop.

I've only used the 4 blade 100s so I can't compare. But I can tell you that I love this brodhead and have no plans on changing. It looks pretty small compared to other brodheads but it sure does the job. Maybejust a fluke but the last few deer I shot from my tree stand and ground blind didn't even know they had been shot. One simply just walked off like nothing happened. At first I thought I missed, then I saw the hole in her. One buck bounded away about 30 yds like I missed. He stopped and stared back looking like he was wondering what that noise was. Then he fell over dead. Not going to fix something that isn't broke. Doubt if you could go wrong with either.

I prefer the four blades only because I get themin a heavier grain (145) and because I can sharpen the blades easier.

I've been playing with three and four blade 125's. They fly the same!

I own both, but haven't flight tested the 4 blades.
The 3's fly great!
I like the ease of assembly on the 4 blades, and of course theextra cutting surface.

I've heard that a four blade will not penetrate quite as far as a 3 blade due to the extra drag of the 4th blade, bu tI really don't think the difference will be noticable on whitetail, especially if you stay away from the bones.

I use the 100 g 4 blades and I don't have to make any adjustments from field tips to broadhead.

I shoot the 3 blade 100s and like them a lot. I've taken several animals with them at various ranges and the farthest one only ran about 25 or so yards. Shot placement is what counts.
