Default arrow speed

is there a good way to determine arrow speed with out a chrono, im shoot 55#'s and 29" with a 552 grain arrow

when you go to the archery shop to get your bow tuned... shoot it thru a chronograph. you can only guesstimate it anyway.

was shooting 29' 2117's should i stick with those,the only thing i dont like about them is that they have a glue on nock instead of the uni-bushing system that i like
