Just wondering what everyone uses for arrow stabalization. Vanes/feathers, length, kind, straight/offset/helical? Also what type of broadhead do you shoot, fixed or mexhanical, how many blades, weight, and what cutting diamater?
I'd like to see what combos people use and see if there is one that is really common.
crap didnt mean to post it so soon......... IF i got with mechanicals it will have to be like a 1 inch cutting diameater not enough KE... with fixed blade i get.. It will be like 1 inch to. They will be 3 blades..

i use 4 in. vanes, straight with a Terminator 125 gr. fixed 3-blade with a 1 3/16 in. cutting diameter.

If your not using quick spins than I say you need a helicoil on your vanes. I use quick spins and magnus stingers 100grain. The faster the arrow spins the more accurate it will be. Quick spins will spin the arrow 3 times faster than just straight vanes.

Actually quick spins should have no helical put on them. They were disigned to be put on straight. But Dairy if they are flying straight obviously it doesn't hurt.
