Default Arrow Length and Size Selection

I have a Legacy and my draw length is 28", what would be a good arrow length? I am going to get ACC arrows, what would you guys recommend for shaft sizes with 60lbs or 67lbs? I did the little calc on the easton site. I am planning on shhoting a Muzzy 100gr head or the Rocket Steelhead 100gr. thanks.. I pretty new at this so, I would appreciate all advice thanks. Also, what kinda of kinetic energy would i be around with each poundage? Thanks again..
