Sorry, but I had to chuckle on this one. You're asking for the best of all worlds. It doesn't exist. There is no one material that is clearly superior to all others, in all areas.
Speed differences on strings (that are constructed similarly) is very small. Any that are clearly a bit faster, will get this through the stretching characteristic of the material. A stretchy string will cause your bow to continually go "out of tune". Personally, I'd wouldn't consider speed differences.
You can obtain faster arrow speeds by using fewer strands and/or shorter servings. However, in return you get shorter limb life, more vibration, a noisier bow, shorter string life, and a more dangerous bow set-up.
