Afletching jig with what ever clamp you want to use, I prefer a right helical.

Glue, I prefer the instant gels

Fletchings, I prefer feathers ofver plastic.

A scraper of some kind to remove old glue and fletching. A razor knife works very well.

Those wrap thingies in your color choice.

A mouse pad to help apply those wrap thingies.

i think gatewayfeathers.com has pictures of right and left helical fletched arrows from the rear that would be good for you to look at so you make sure and get the feathers helical-ling (i made that word up) in the right direction.

Bigbulls, as usual, hit the perverbial nail on the perverbial head. The only thing I would add to that you can't buy at any store, and that is patience. It will take some practice to fletch correctly, but, it really is very simple. Hey, if I can do it, so can you, and that's a fact!
