Well I am on the boarderline between gold tip arrows, and was thinking about going to cx 300 where I am in the middle of spine chart and can not make the wrong mistake. This is for a hunting rig, what would you guys pick?

When in doubt go with the stiffer spine. A stiifer spined arrow is easier to deal with than a weak spined arrow.

I was where you are at a few months ago,,, My Dl is 29 and DW is 72 I went with the cx 300 and really like them. But then I haven't tried the Gold Tip. They certainly are durable!
As mentioned, go with the stiffer spined shaft. Personally, I think CX makes a straighter, better tolerance arrow and ANY spin tester will confrm this. Good luck and good shootin'

Iam shooting the cx 300's out of my bow at 28 inch draw and 70 lbs.Now I dropped my bow down to 27 inch draw and still flying great.
Carbon Express makes a great arrow.
Like everyone else says,go with the stiffer spine.
What about the new maximas they really caught my eye. How do they get away with only have 2 spines to select from, makes it easy for me though. So now its the maximas and spend more money or the gold tip xt 7595. The thing with maximas I know i have the right spine!
