can draw length be shortened?

My dad picked up a real nice Clearwater bow but the draw is about 4" to long. Can it be shortened?

If it can't then it wasn't much of a bargain, no matter the price.

Does the bow accept modules? And what is the present drawlength of the bow? What cam is on it?

LOLI dont know. I am new at this. My bow fit me from the start and I shoot it.
He got a deal even if we have to re sell it $50.00 with 2 doz arrows (His Size)
