whisker biscuit rest/ fletching life

Any tips on prolonging fletching life while shooting through a whisker biscuit rest

I have asked this question alot because I am gonna set up my new bow with the new Whisker Biscuit and I have heard WB users say put some super glue or j-b weld on the front of the fletching. I am getting a fletching jig anyways just because you actually should refletch your arrows after so long anyways
