Default What speed are Switchback shooters getting?

I was looking at that head to head bow test and with a 350gr arrow the Switchback took 5th place at 289fps when it has an IBO rating of 318fps. This can't be right. In the test the Hoyt V tec with an IBO of 305fps took 2nd at 297fps. My Legacy with an IBO of 308fps shoots my 348gr arrow at 285fps at 65lbs with 29" draw length. Why did the Switchback score so low? What actual velocities is everyone getting with their Switchbacks and what arrow weight are you shooting?

I know that this won't help you any but I have a Switchback and I have never chronoed it. All I know is that if the animal that I am hunting comes within 40 yards that animal is in extreme danger!!! The bottom line is that once you get to 270 fps and up for hunting purposes it is a dead animal!!!

The Mathews Switchback scored higher overall than the Vtec did and it scored higher than the Vtec in everything but speed.

When you come out with the#1 bow every year you can't keep them all on the line.

Looks like it is time to Switchback to a Bowtech. Nevermind, I shot the SB and it is real nice, it is going to kill deer, dont get all wrapped up in the speed its pretty fast...
