Default What causes less fps?

one brass nock or a regular string loop? Does either one have any affect on accuracy? I'm going to have my strings and cables replaced and I was just wondering if either had any pros or cons compared together. I've been shooting with one brass nock but I was curious about the sting loop. I'm shooting a Tomkat, 70lbs, 27" DL, tru-ball release, goltip arrows. Thanks for the input. If it really doesnt make that big of a difference I'll probably just stick with the brass nock.

Speed wise there is not much difference between the 2.

I prefer to shoot with a loop so I am hooking up directly behind the nock which inceases accuracy.

I use two brass nocks, that way I don't accidently nock the arrow on the wrong side and screw up a shot on a nice deer. As for speed I don't think there would be a noticible difference. I have also robin hooded a couple arrows so I don't think there would be a noticable difference in accuracy either.

I tied one on and I don't know how much that change the speed not enought to notice. So I still hook up directly to the string and can shoot just as accurate as anyone at my club that use loops.

Tied on nock and loop. I have gone though two loops this year, could have been my string.[8D]

I've always used the two brass nocks until this year. I had to replace my string anyway so I thought I'd give the loop a try. Been shooting with a loop now for about 2 months and have no complaints. I'd recommend the loop but only because it saves string wear, I haven't noticed any great increased accuracy... (But then again I'm always in the bull anyway.... LOL!!!!)
