Ok, I'm new to this board so I'll tell ya a little past. Been shooting for a while but never a pro at it. Last night, on a whim I bought a new bow. Just so you know the old one was a Golden Eagle wood limb job. Bought a Evolution 2000. (I know, not new new, but new to me).
I have totatly forgot the basics of setting it up. I have all the stuff, just forgot where the nock should be and where the rest should be to begin the setup. Anyone have a site or suggestion?
JKRAMAK, welcome to the board. My best advice is this, download the Easton Tuning Guide and follow it. There is too much there to explain here, but Easton has done an excelent job with their guide.
Thanks very much for the quick replies. Since you are so quick I got the Easton Tuning Guide (thanks again) and in the process found out my old rest and sight will not work well with my new bow (rest hits the riser and the sight is incorporated into it), and... I want a new one
I’ve shot 29" aluminum (2215 I believe) with 125 grain heads on my old bow but this new 70lb’r takes a different arrow. What rest would you suggest and what sight?
