Default bandwidth?

I wanted to look at some photos and was informed my bandwidth has been exceded. What the heck does that mean? I am on cable, not dialup.

Default RE: bandwidth?

I'm guessing you were going on a website to look at the pics/

If so it means the website's bandwidth (not your computer) has reached its limit.
Lots of free services online limit the amount of bandwidth that can be used in a certain period of time, due to the high costs of it.

Hope this helped.
