Java problems?
I formatted my hard drive with orginal settings 95
Up graded back to 98 and installed a NIC card. Man, what speed.
Now when I go to a website I used before, NOAA, I would set the satelite loop and it ran just fine, now it will not load the loop pics just still pics.
Why?
It seems I had this problem before but I'm not sure how I solved it.
