My team avatar as my sig!

I am having a heck of a time with this, especially after a few people have tried to help me, i try to cut and paste it to my signature box in my profile but nothing ever happens!!! I am getting frustrated if any one has any idea what im doing wrong or how to do this correctly, will you let me know please!!!!!!
