Default Okay, need some guidance.

I am trying to upload pic from picturetrail.com, and when i click the browser button to access my pictures and when it uploads it says page cannot be displayed, click the refersher button.....[:@] Why is it doing this? I understand it must be a jpg or gif, and it is, it just wont let me post this pic! What do i need to do? See it let this pic of me and my lab post, but not the other one and this pic has more kb's than the one i want to post!

You can save it as a bitmap and edit it easier, then save again as a JPG to upload.
