Avatar pic.....help!!

I can`t seem to be able to change or post another pic for my avatar. I would really appreciate some help on this.

Folks, providing that the profile image you want to use of approriate size...you should be able to go into your profile to the add aviatar delete what you may have in there if you want to change pics. And then use and click upload if I remember correctly. Leave no spaces between the . If this does not help please let me know. Thanks

Did all this, maybe I don't know what the avatar is. I want the fish replaced with the dog.
