I cant upload or download pictures into my signature!

I need some help with uploading and downloading pictures in my signature. Doese anyone know how?

go to this place and set up an account. then make sure the pics you want are in your pictures folder. then submit the pics into your album on photobucket, then put the url address in between these:

the url should look like that inbetween two tags like that. then if you dont put a space inbetween the url and the image tag, then you get this:
