Default tag for url in signature block

what tag do I need to use to make my url I have added to my signature block active? When I post it does not stay active. On my profile it is. Is there a tag or something I have to do to keep it active when I make a post?

Default RE: tag for url in signature block

When you type your URL in the signature box, put it right in the middle of
[link][/link].
Example:

[link]your url[/link]

Then go to the bottom of the page and click OK.
That should make your URL active.
