Default spelling check

i have a dell with me2000 software.is there a setting that i can use to perform a spelling check before posting?my email screen on outlook express does this but i am not sure if i can do the samething elsewhere.

IE Spell is a free spell check for Windows and a few other browsers. I know some that use it and like it. I use a dictionary
