I can' t change my signature

I have tried several times over the last month to try and change my signature. Everytime I change it, it keeps reverting back to the current one you see below...which is just an image station thing saying you can' t access this picture. I have tried replacing it with text and just deleting the signature from my profile period. If anyone can helpe me out with this I would be grateful. Thank you

Only way i could change mine was when i pm' ed myself and then went to profile through there.
