Main Page Top Community Menu bar is not working!

I found a computer to use but could not get the main page menu bar to drop down menu so I could get to the forums. None of the interactive drop down menu bars worked. Scrolling across them the cursor changed to a pointing finger but went no further. I even waited a while to check as I amy have a slow connection.

I did get to the Forums by clicking the login button.

JW, I continually have the same problem. I have resorted to useing the sitemap.

I've asked a feww times for this to be looked at, but I guess it wasn't that importanty because I appear to have been ignored.
