how do I post pictures?

I have only been able to put my pics in a attachment.
How do I post em full size so you dont have to click on the pics to view em?

If your pic is too big to upload here, open pic with paint then press CTRL+W and change the 100 to 50 then Tab and change 100 to 50, then you can upload them.
