Anyone here know the name of the photo editing program that will allow you to resize your photo to post online? There was one that someone here recommended and the name escapes me.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life wrote a blank check Made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.' That is Honor, and there are way too many people who no longer understand it.
I use a photo editing program called "The GIMP", which means The GNU Image Manipulation Program. It's free, but it's fairly powerful (meaning a bit complicated). However, if you only want to resize and brighten and crop pictures, it's not too tough.
