receiving notifications by email

Is there anyway to receive notifications by email as to when i receive as reply to a thread or when someone else comments on something I have replied to. I have a blackberry and I get my emails on that! Just didn't know if there was some way to get notifications by email

To Subscribe to a thread

Is found under "Thread Tools" found on the dark grey Menu Bar at the top of any page of any thread.

Menu bar has the following

View First Unread Thread Tools Search this Thread Rate Thread

It is a drop down Menu once you click on it with your mouse.

To turn off just click Unsubscribe
