Default HNI is triggering a malicious site warning on my computer!!

Just in the last hour or so I've started getting a warning that this site may be distributing malicious software. What I see is the following warning (this is a screenshot of my browser window everytime I navigate through the HNI forums):

The site that is allegedly responsible is centiyo.com.

I think that the site's been hacked.

Yep, I'm getting it too. I'm using Avast. Every new window in the forum creates a warning.
