chat help

Everytime I try to log into chat it comes back saying server error try again in a few minutes. What is up? can someone help correct this problem so I may chat with fellow members. Thanks

Check and download Java again.

Thanks for the help but still getting the same message as before. Not sure what to do now. Did the Java download but the same message keeps coming up anything else?

Try logging in as usual on HNI but check the "RememberMe" box.

Your username and login to Chat is the same as logging inot HNI.

If you get the same error message please send it to me word for word.

I'll see if I can find someone to get it fixed.
