Upload in progress

I've been trying to change my avatar the last couple of days and when its uploading it says it may take a few minutes. I've sat for over 10 min before I gave up. I tried resizing in photobucket to 145x140 and then I tried making it smaller cause on some other post someone said it had to be under 12k. Any suggestions if I'm missing a step?

I would suspect that's one of the little featurecells they haven't copied over to the new servers yet. Until the board starts working normal I think you can forget about some features or changing anything. They got to get the speed issue resolved first.Everyone other than Rob is having problems. LOL
