Trouble with uploading profile pic.

I can' t seem to get a picture to upload in my profile, says that an error occurred while putting it on a disk. Anyone else have this problem?

Jeff my picture is 290X290 and the file size is less than 20kb' s but it still gives me the error message.

I finally got it to upload but you go into my profile and there is no picture just a frame.
