I can usually figure these things out but i cant get the dang picture small enough....i cant get it below 14 KB. I used HP image zone andShutterfly Studio. Can anybody give me hints or help me out?

If you have WindowsXP on your PC then you can use the mspaint program to resize your picture , just upload your picture in that progam and click on ( image ) up in the tool bar then select " streach and skew " and change the numbers from 100 to 50. If you don't have that program then send the picture to me in care of ( HotBowHunter@aol.com ) and I'll resize it for you then send it back to you ready for you to use.

Oh ... well then all you gotta do is right click on the picture / rename it / then change the file from ( gif ) to ( jpg ) or what ever options you have. If you still have trouble with it then send it to me and I'l do it for you , no problem.
